Had a total mess on my hands with my Uncle's house. No one in my family wanted to deal with it but it was going to tax foreclosure and he was incapacitated. I tried to deal with selling it, or finding a way to stop the foreclosure but ran out of steam (time and money). Matt and John at Pacific Properties met with me, came up with a plan, executed on it with their legal team, had the house cleaned up, had it in escrow in days, and paid me what we agreed on. Really recommend these guys, they are the best.
